441.780. Notwithstanding any other provision of law concerning the procedures otherwise used in eviction proceedings, it shall not be necessary, except as provided in section 441.750, to provide notice to the tenant to vacate the premises prior to filing a cause of action pursuant to sections 441.710 to 441.880.
