441.830. Pursuant to section 441.740, the court may issue restraining orders or grant whatever preliminary relief is necessary to either prevent the commission of drug-related criminal activity on or in the immediate vicinity of the leased premises, or to protect the rights and interests of the parties or those residing in the immediate vicinity of where the premises are located.
