469.911. Except as otherwise specifically provided in the terms of the trust or in sections 456.035 to 456.041 and sections 469.900 to 469.913, the provisions of sections 456.035 to 456.041 and sections 469.900 to 469.913 shall apply to any trust established before or after August 28, 2004, and to any trust asset acquired by the trustee before or after August 28, 2004.
