577.090. Any law enforcement officer shall and any agent of the conservation commission or deputy or water patrol officer may enforce the provisions of sections 577.070 and 577.080 and arrest violators thereof; except that conservation agents and water patrolmen may enforce such provisions only upon the water, the banks thereof or upon public land.
